Hi Sky Bandits! Joan here. I see that everyone is starting to lower our standards and discipline already. I admit that i'm starting to slacken too. But what Miss Tan said, no screamed yesterday was true. What she said has really set back the SYF mood and put us back on track. She really wants the best for us, otherwise she would not have bothered to even patrol and scold us. So let's buck up and start working hard again! SYF is in less than a months time, bout 4-5 weeks, 3 practices per week so it leaves us with less than 20 practices. Here's a lil reminder, the little formation with did for our graduating seniors last year. We put in alot of hard work, and we succeeded. We REAP WHAT WE SOW. Always remember that. All we have to do now is to just practice hard and work hard, for just one month. All the best SkyBand! Let's do ourselves proud with a Gold (:

Band members please take note*
Please go and check whether you can wear your SYF uniforms and Bottoms.. And please go and buy a pair of court shoes or leather shoes if it doesn't fit you.. For those who want to buy the SYF uniforms, please prepare some cash first.. We will ask the tailor to come on around February end or Start of March.

HELLO EVERYONE!
well, it's your concert mistress, ZHENGXIAOTING here again! :D sigh.. saying about concert mistress, i'll be stepping down after SYF. ): and will no longer be the concert mistress in SKYband anymore. ): time really flyyyyyyyyy~ when i first join band i was being accused by a senior of anyhow touching instruments :p that was long time ago..............................
OK. get back. :D
SYF is coming! real soon. people, it's time to wake up and face the reality that we're not a very good band. so we must work hard! school is spending so much money on us, ( eg: hiring tutors for every single section. paying for almost 70 to 80% of our trip to korea. ) we must not let the school down!
something to say about our set piece: PRACTICEEEEEE! there's still quite a few parts that we're not really good. as in....... you know the common mistake make by our band la~ hahahaha :D practice hard o! :D
something to say about our choice piece: omg! the 1st movement is damn cool! but we still need to..................PRACTICE! *echooo* 2nd movement: WA PIANG. i hate this man :p full value! calming! 3rd movement: i'm DEAF. i think this is the part where i'll have heart attack. i think when we play this part is like....... more than 130 decibels. which is equivalent to those rock concerts -.- tempo everyone! :D but i think this is the highest, fun, tiring & challenging part in the whole piece. hahaha :D
everyone! lets work hard together and achieve what we want! BEAT THE OTHER! *ahhh bishhh* idiot. -.- not that BEAT. is "BEAT" OTHERS! :D
